Bepanthen Ointment
is a product which addresses mother with children aged 0-3 years. It prevents and heals nappy rash, as well as other skin irritations.

OBJECTIVES
Develop a long term CRM program which will keep mothers involved, showcasing the product in a relevant and engaging way.

THE IDEA
We created a loyalty program on facebook with a facebook community that has an educational dynamics created by conversation, specialist advices and entertaining product interaction.

Development
A social app (“Love every minute”) which together with the facebook page offers mothers an interactive and useful experience with the brand.
Apart from different activities users can do in order to gain points and redeem for vouchers, there is also constantly updated content which is targeted to mums according to their baby’s age.
